The Inner Spark Manifestation Academy is an ongoing online school. Live teachings, real spiritual practice, honest conversation. You learn to see what is genuinely yours, and you build the strength to live it in your everyday life — week after week, with people doing the same work.
We work with the seven inner capacities of manifestation through yoga, shamanic practice, ritual and honest conversation. The map stays the same. Every season takes it into a different part of life.

What you are joining
A place you come back to, every week.
Wanting change is easy. Keeping it alive inside an ordinary life, with work and family and noise, is the hard part. The Academy exists for exactly that: a fixed weekly encounter where the work keeps happening.
Each season brings six live teachings and six live practices, and they alternate. One week we get clear on a pattern. The next week we work it through the body — breath, drum, yoga, movement, ritual. Every session closes with something small and real to take into your week. If you miss one, the recording waits for you in the private Academy space.

The seven inner capacities of manifestation
How inspiration becomes a life you can actually live.
Everything you want starts subtle — an inspiration, a pull, a dream. For it to become real it has to travel down through you: from vision into expression, through relationships and personal power, through desire, into grounded action. The seven inner capacities map that journey. We use the map to find where yours gets stuck.

The map is permanent. The work is seasonal.
That is why the Academy runs all year in three-month seasons. The map shows you where you are stuck. Each season takes you into the part of life where that block was learned — and where it can be unlearned.

Season 1
Heal your family story so it supports the life you want.
Your family gave you love, language, maybe your first idea of strength. It also gave you roles: be small, be good, don’t upset anyone, carry feelings that were never yours. Some of those rules still run your life, and they quietly decide what you dare to want.
In this season we find where the family story blocks your manifestation and we work it directly: the expectations, the inherited patterns, the inner father and mother, the ancestral roots — and the energy you can recover from all of that to build a life that is actually yours.
And this work happens inside you even when your parents are distant, absent or deceased. You do not have to force a conversation or a reconciliation.
If you came from our free workshop, Why Your Dreams Stay Dreams: there you saw the seven capacities and where yours get blocked. Season 1 is where you work them for real, in the territory where most of us first learned to shrink.

You may be living a plan that was given to you before you could choose. We separate family expectations, assigned roles and the need to belong from the desire that truly inspires you. You leave with a clearer answer to a simple question: what do I want my life to become?

A guided online ritual with drum, attention and intention. We quiet inherited noise, listen for the direction that feels true and give that intention a clear place in the body.
Teaching 2Sep 30Heal your bond with your parents and ancestors

We work with the inner memory of father, mother and ancestors even when they are absent, distant or deceased. You learn how the Divine Father current can support grounding, personal power and vision, and how the Divine Mother current can support desire, love and expression. The goal is not to idealise the past. It is to recover the strength and love you need to walk forward.

A guided breathwork and life-review practice to revisit key family memories with more space. We notice what belongs to the past, what still shapes the present and what you are ready to stop carrying.
Teaching 3Oct 21Stop becoming small around your family

Old family roles can make an adult feel like a powerless child again. We identify where you become inferior, submissive, invisible or desperate for approval. You learn clearer boundaries and how to keep your confidence without attacking or withdrawing.
Practice 3Oct 28Yoga Ritual — build stability and personal power

A guided ritual using posture, breath and focused attention. We practise staying present in the body, holding a clear centre and meeting pressure without collapsing into an old role.

Teaching 4Nov 4Say what you need without giving up your own path

Your truth is not a request for permission. We learn how to speak clearly about what you want, what you will do and what must change. The aim is to include the people you love without turning your life into a compromise between your direction and their demands.
Practice 4Nov 11Static Dance — express what words cannot say

A movement practice for feeling and expressing what has been held back. We use stillness, rhythm and free movement to make space for a more honest voice and a less controlled body.
Teaching 5Nov 18Help the people you love without abandoning your own life

Caring for someone does not mean carrying their life. We look at guilt, rescuing and emotional responsibility. You learn to offer love and help while keeping your time, energy and direction.
Practice 5Nov 25Warrior Ritual — protect the direction you chose

A focused ritual for boundaries, courage and action. We practise saying yes and no from a grounded place and keeping energy for the life we are responsible for building.
Teaching 6Dec 2Stop repeating your family's patterns in relationships and work

We can unconsciously create the very situations we say we do not want. We identify how inherited patterns travel into partners, children, friendships and work: the same conflict, silence, control, absence or sacrifice in a new form. You learn to interrupt the cycle before it moves further down the river and to choose a different response.

A closing ritual for integration and direction. Every Manifestation Academy member receives a personal Tarot reading. Together, we look at the next steps that can bring you closer to the life you want to manifest, and choose the action you will carry into daily life.

We did not come from spirituality. We came from careers, offices and the life that was expected of us. Then we chose a different one.
We gave our lives to truth, healing and meaning — real relationships, beauty, travel, discovery, adventure. That change happened through a manifestation process we were initiated into by our teacher, Northern Deer Alexander.
What we learned there is simple. A different life is not created by wishing for it. You hear what is true, you heal what blocks the path, you build the power to walk it, and then you do the walking, every day.
The journey that changed our lives is the one we now walk with you inside this Academy.
