Two Movements · One Day

The Two Movements

There are two movements we need if we want to grow for real.

One is the movement outward: choosing a direction, pursuing a goal, making an effort, meeting the world, receiving the experiences that arrive on the way and creating the life we actually want to live.

The other is the movement inward: knowing how to stay with yourself when life moves you, when emotions rise, when something hurts, when an old pattern appears or when you simply need to stop and listen.

Most people know only one side. They push forward but lose themselves. Or they go deeply inside but never bring that truth into their real life.

This day is built around both.

What You Will Experience

The railbike

The railbike

Eight kilometres on the old railway through the wooded Molignée valley, two tunnels and the ruins of Montaigle.

The fortress

The fortress

Montaigle was built to hold. The forest kept going. The ruins become the teaching.

The abbey

The abbey

Maredsous, a living Benedictine abbey, where the first instruction is simply to listen.

The ceremony

The ceremony

A drum ceremony in the heart of the autumn forest, before we return.

The First Movement · Outward

Creating the Life You Want

In the morning, we take the old railway line through the Molignée valley on railbikes. Eight kilometres through forest, tunnels and the ruins of Montaigle.

We move together. There is effort. There is direction. There is a track in front of us.

And while we move, we enter the teachings of the Seven Steps of Manifestation: a practical spiritual map for understanding how an inner vision becomes an outer life.

Manifestation is not just wishing for something. It is learning how to recognise what is calling you, choose a direction, gather your energy, take the next real step and stay in relationship with the experiences that come along the way.

The outer journey gives you impressions, encounters, effort, landscape, shared movement. But those experiences are not the final point. They become material for something deeper: understanding who you are, what you truly want and how you want to create your life.

The Second Movement · Inward

Accompanying Yourself Within

Then the rhythm changes. We travel to Maredsous Abbey, enter a different space and eat our picnic together. Here the day turns from movement into listening.

The Benedictine tradition begins with one simple invitation: listen.

From there, we enter the teachings of the Four Laws of Healing: a way to understand how to navigate the inner processes that arrive in your life without fighting them, suppressing them or becoming trapped inside them.

Emotions come. Memories come. Fear, grief, anger, desire, confusion, old stories. The work is not to escape them. The work is to know how to walk through them, receive what they have come to show you and gradually release your attachment to what no longer needs to define you.

We will walk into the autumn forest in silence and close the day with a drum ceremony before the light goes.

The morning gives us a direction outward. The afternoon teaches us how to remain present inwardly.

Action and receptivity. Effort and listening. Creating your life, while learning how to accompany yourself in the life that is already happening.

That is the real movement of a spiritual path.

Pablo

Your guide

Pablo

Pablo will guide the complete day, from the first briefing at Warnant to the closing at Maredsous.

He will hold the narrative, the transitions between the two movements, the practices in the forest and the drum ceremony. There is no pressure to perform, explain your life or force an experience. You come as you are, move through the day, and take what is real for you.

Got Questions?

Do I need previous experience with meditation or drum ceremonies?

No. You do not need to believe in anything or know a particular practice. Come, take part, and decide what the experience means to you.

Will I have to share personal things?

No. There will be moments to reflect and an optional closing share. You will never be forced to speak or explain anything personal.

Is the railbike physically demanding?

It involves shared pedalling, but each railbike holds two to four people. If you have a health or mobility question, write to us before booking.

What happens if it rains?

Light rain does not stop the railbikes, so come prepared. A thunderstorm is different — the activity will not run in unsafe conditions, and we will communicate any adjusted plan directly.

What if I have more questions?

Write to us at [email protected].
