Release
Recognise what has ended and find the courage to let it go. Releasing is not failure. It frees your energy and lets life move again.
What could open if you finally allowed it to go?
4-day autumn retreat in Belgium · November 19–22, 2026
For four days in the Belgian Ardennes, release what weighs you down, find peace in the silence and open space for a new chapter filled with greater clarity, joy and desire to live.
Release. Remain. Begin again.
Inspired by the Bardo Thödol and guided by Pablo Teiwaz and Monika. A private group of only 10 participants.
When the old refuses to leave
Sometimes we know that something is over. But we keep holding on.

The fear is not only letting go.
It is not knowing what comes next.
The space between endings and beginningsThe medicine
Between what ends and what begins, there is a space. The old is no longer here. The new has not yet arrived.
The Tibetan tradition calls this intermediate state a bardo. Instead of escaping it, we learn to stay. To listen. To feel. To stop rushing to fill it.
This silence is not empty. It is fertile.
It is filled with signs, emotions, intuition and life. When we hear it, it becomes a compass towards the next stage of our lives.
The inner map
A journey inspired by the bardos of the Bardo Thödol and brought into the transitions of our own lives.

Recognise what has ended and find the courage to let it go. Releasing is not failure. It frees your energy and lets life move again.
What could open if you finally allowed it to go?

After we let go, silence appears. We learn not to run. We feel without reacting and remain even when we do not know what comes next.
This is the heart of The Sound of Silence.

Movement returns. Inspiration shows you what your soul wants to experience and express.
What would fill you again with passion, energy and desire?
Release. Remain. Begin again. Not only once. Again and again.
Voices from the circle
Real people. Real retreats. Their own words about safety, clarity and opening up.
Feeling welcomed, protected and safe enough to open the heart.
Tools for daily life and freedom from the fear of expression.
Discovering in nature what years of thinking alone could not reveal.
November 19–22, 2026
Each day has a clear rhythm: practice, breakfast, nature, rest, dinner and integration.

Day 1 · Thursday · Arrival
Settle into your room, explore the house and arrive fully. There is no meeting point in Brussels.
We open the circle, then eat together at a nearby local tavern.
Back at the house, an Underworld ritual supported by the drum moves through struggle, confession and surrender. Personal sharing is always invited, never required.

Day 2 · Friday · Chikhai Bardo
Morning practice: breathwork, stretching, release practices and Shiva Shakti Yoga.
Breakfast and guidance: recognise what is ending and explore the river of life.
Ninglinspo: forest, cascades, periods of silence, a letting-go practice and a light picnic.
Rest: sauna, shower and quiet time at the house.
Evening practice: dinner, The Four Suns and a drum ceremony descending into silence.

Day 3 · Saturday · Chönyid Bardo
Morning practice: breathwork, guided massage and a group practice around trust. Contact is always optional.
Breakfast and guidance: remain present when old references disappear.
Solwaster: the Statte Valley, Cascade des Nutons, Rocher de Bilisse, contemplation and a light picnic.
Rest: sauna, shower and quiet time at the house.
Evening practice: dinner, sharing circle and integration meditation.

Day 4 · Sunday · Sidpa Bardo
Morning practice: music, dance and free movement. The body says yes to life again.
Breakfast and guidance: inspiration, the soul and the next meaningful path.
Coo: lake, waterfall, light picnic and contemplation.
Closing practice: Upper World journey, tarot and final circle.
18:00–19:00: departure from the house. Brussels cars are expected around 19:30–21:00.
The planned routes, times and practices may change because of weather, hunting closures, trail conditions, daylight, safety or the needs of the group. Any change will protect the quality of the retreat.

Meet your guides
Pablo and Monika left conventional professional lives to follow a deeper search for truth, healing, meaning, beauty, authentic relationships, travel and spiritual discovery.
Pablo brings more than ten years of experience with shamanism, energy work, meditation and non-duality. Monika co-facilitates the journey and helps hold its human rhythm: attention, care, grounding and connection.
They are not here to tell you what your next life should look like. They create a safe, clear and judgment-free space in which you can release the past, listen deeply and recognise your own next step.
